Athletic Bilbao president Jose Urrutia says Aymeric Laporte will only be sold if he demands a transfer.
Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with the French youngster.
Urrutia said: "He is a great player. So far, we don't have any specific offers for him.
"Laporte will only leave if he takes the decision and if someone pays his release clause."
