Athletic Bilbao president Jon Uriarte was thrilled winning the Copa del Rey final.

After the scores were level at 1-1, the final went to penalties, with Mallorca missing twice in the shootout to hand Athletic the triumph.

Uriarte said: "Yes, yes, it has been an impressive day, we are seeing it with fans who burst in here to cheer us up.

"It has been an even match that has been difficult for us against a team like Mallorca that defends very, very well. But we have fought, we created some chances and we managed to tie.
