Atalanta midfielder Marten de Roon admits he's flattered by interest from Barcelona.

Off contract in June, the Holland international is being linked with a Bosman move to the Nou Camp.

De Roon said, "The first year in Bergamo was wonderful, I immediately bonded with the fans.

"It gave me the impression of being my home, then when (president Antonio) Percassi called me I wanted to come back.

"The rumours about the future? They are flattering but we are happy here, the family is fine. We are doing the results, this is my place and I have no doubts. I will stay."
