Atalanta attacker Luis Muriel frustrated with Sturm Graz fight-back

Atalanta attacker Luis Muriel admitted frustration after their 2-2 draw with Europa League opponents Sturm Graz.

Muriel struck twice, but the Austrians found an equaliser thanks to an injury-time penalty.

"The fact of having the advantage in goals and men and in the end conceding that's a lost opportunity there. Great game up until that point, we were in control and two points went away which would have given us a good boost in the standings and to continue in Europe," said Muriel, who was asked if he was close to leaving over the summer.

"I don't think so, even though there has been a lot of talk in the media. I spoke to the coach, he wanted to see me back in the squad and I never felt far from Bergamo.

"I know that I have to work harder after last year and this year I have started with a different strength. I still feel young, even though I'm over 30: I told my wife I wanted to play until I'm 50.

"I still have a lot of desire and I can give a lot to this team. I can still give a lot to the coach."
