Aston Villa are eyeing Tottenham winger Andros Townsend.

The Express & Star says Villa may ask for Townsend on loan until the end of the season, rather than Mousa Dembele, if Tottenham Hotspur continue to pursue Fabian Delph.

Villa are worried about cover for the rest of the campaign if Delph moves to White Hart Lane. With Dembele not interested in a move to the claret and blues, Townsend could fit the bill.
