Leicester City striker Islam Slimani could be on the move from AS Monaco this month.

Slimani is currently on a season-long loan at Monaco, though has struggled in recent weeks after a superb start to the campaign.

L'Equipe says the centre-forward would be willing to cut short his stay, particularly as he's also unhappy living in the Principality.

A return to the Premier League has been mooted, where Aston Villa are keen.

Villa need to find a replacement for knee injury victim Wesley and Slimani would fit the bill.
