Aston Villa signing Alan Hutton is delighted to be reunited with his former Rangers manager.
Hutton is determined to be a success in claret and blue - and believes manager Alex McLeish will elevate his level of performance even further with his magnificent man-management skills.
He told Villa's website: "I feel I have a lot to give and offer to Villa and hopefully the manager can get the best out of me. I'm sure he can.
"I have worked with him before obviously. I know what he's like.
"He's the type of manager, if you need an arm around you, he's there for you. Or if you need a bit of motivation he can also do that."
