Aston Villa are eyeing Hearts goalkeeper Martin Kello.

The Scottish Sun says the Slovakia international is currently in talks with Hearts over a severance package on his current deal.

Villa boss Alex McLeish is closely monitoring the situation as he lines up a potential replacement for back-up keeper Brad Guzan.

The American No 1's contract is up at the end of the season and he is yet to commit his future to the Midlands club.
