Aston Villa have officially announced the signings of Scott Sinclair and Micah Richards on long-term deals.

Both players have signed four-year deals after leaving Manchester City with their contracts at Villa officially commencing on Wednesday. They will be reporting for pre-season training on Monday.

Winger Sinclair spent the second half of the previous season on-loan at Villa, scoring three goals, while defender Richards – who can play centre-back or right-back – spent last season on-loan at Serie A club Fiorentina.
