Aston Villa must go to £8 million to land Feyenoord defender Ron Vlaar.
The Sun says Villa boss Paul Lambert is lining up an £8million deal for Vlaar, 27, after the player turned down a new deal.
Vlaar said: "I was on Sunday in Birmingham to have talks with Paul Lambert and left with a very positive impression.
"Joining Aston Villa would be a dream come true. I look forward to the Premier League but I will miss Feyenoord."
