Aston Villa are yet to receive any offers for star striker Christian Benteke.

Villa boss Tim Sherwood has confirmed that nothing has landed in the Villa Park inbox regarding the Belgium international who is a reported £30million target for Liverpool.

"We have no offers for Christian and it's not worth talking about until we do," said Sherwood.

"We are happy with him here and we hope he is here for many years to come."

Benteke and his Villa teammates are preparing for Saturday's FA Cup final against Arsenal at Wembley.
