Aston Villa are closing on a deal for Inter Milan wing-back Ashley Young.
The Telegraph's John Percy says the deal could be completed 'in the next 24 hours' and is set to be a free transfer.
Young spent four seasons at Villa Park after leaving boyhood club Watford in 2007, before eight-and-a-half years with Manchester United.
The versatile wing-back won Serie A with Inter in his only full term at the San Siro but he's reportedly ready to return home after 18 months in Italy.
The 35-year-old is also said to have sbubbed Burnley.
