Aston Villa boss Unai Emery insists he believes in Philippe Coutinho's ability.

The Brazilian has struggled this for form and fitness.

But Emery is adamant he can still draw the best from the midfielder and is happy working with the former Barcelona attacker.

He said, "Coutinho performs with a humility that is difficult for a footballer who has been at the top of football for years to assume, which makes him of great value to me.

"I think that among all of us, I too, we are going to try to help him so that he gets the best version of him."
