Tottenham defender Benoit Assou-Ekotto has heaped praise on teammate Scott Parker for what he has brought to the club.
The England midfielder arrived at White Hart Lane from West Ham United in the summer and has fit straight into Harry Redknapp's line-up with Assou-Ekotto stating that it feels like Parker has been at the North London club for '10 years'.
"Scott is doing a great job in central midfield," the Cameroon left-back told the club's official website.
"He runs everywhere and gives everything in every game. Everyone knows how important the midfield is in a game, so when he is in great form, so are we.
"For the first game, maybe he didn't know everyone, but after that it was like he had been here 10 years.
"He brings with him a positive attitude and a leader's attitude.
"When we watch him, he has a great attitude and we can see that on the pitch. For us, he has been a big positive."
