Ashley Young is being linked with a Manchester United departure this summer.

The Sun says skipper Young is one of the six-figure earners — and insiders have said that he might be nervously looking over his shoulder in the coming weeks.

Boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to sign up to six new faces in the next transfer window and although he will get money to spend, some players will have to go.

Young has been at Old Trafford for eight years since he joined from Aston Villa for a fee of around £17m.

The 33-year-old has scored two goals and made two assists for United in 27 league appearances this season.
