Ashley ready to sell big Newcastle names Coloccini, Krul

Newcastle United are planning another big-money sale this summer.

The Sunday Mirror says owner Mike Ashley is looking to make the most of the next transfer window, as he reckons it is a last chance for his Magpies to get value for money in a market he expects to explode because of the influx of the new TV money.

A sum of around £60m will be made available to the next manager for transfer fees and wages to fund a squad rebuild that can see the Magpies kick on.

And as part of the plans it is understood Newcastle will be willing to listen to offers for Fabricio Coloccini, Cheick Tiote and Tim Krul.
