Former Arsenal star Andrei Arshavin has recalled being teammates with Olivier Giroud.
The AC Milan veteran is being celebrated this week after scoring in France's World Cup round of 16 win against Poland. The goal saw Giroud become France's greatest goalscorer.
Arshavin said: “I remember that Giroud was cheerful.
"The guy who always liked to show off in front of the mirror and got high on himself. Giroud was an open person, and I remember him with warm feelings."
Arshavin played for Arsenal from 2009 to 2013, Giroud from 2012 to 2018.
