Gonzalo Higuain's Real Madrid future is set to be decided today.

The London Evening Standard says the future of Arsenal transfer target Higuain will be decided today when he meets Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti for talks.

The issue is further complicated because Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella is believed to have expressed concerns about Higuain's need to play regularly ahead of next year's World Cup.

Arsenal have been in talks with Real over a £23.5m deal for Higuain but the Spaniards say they have yet to receive an offer.
