Ethan Nwaneri struck a hat-trick for Arsenal U21s in their 4-1 win against Leicester City yesterday.

The 16 year-old grabbed his treble from midfield as he added to his reputation. James Sweet also scored for the Gunners.

Arsenal U21 coach Mehmet Ali told arsenal.com: “I'm really pleased for Ethan, he works really hard and I thought tonight his composure and positioning were brilliant and he got the rewards for it.

“It was three really good goals but massive credit must go to his teammates for providing him with the opportunities."
