Udinese midfielder Gokhan Inler remains on Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger's shopping list.
The Switzerland international saw a £10 million Arsenal bid rejected by Udinese in the summer.
Wenger has the backing of his board to spend big in January and the Daily Star says Inler remains a top midfield target.
