Arsenal, Tottenham great Campbell contemplating management

Sol Campbell has revealed that he is close to stepping into the coaching caper.

The Former Arsenal, Tottenham and England defender, 40, is enjoying life after football following his retirement while with Newcastle United back in 2011.

Campbell says he is closing in on his coaching license and is also getting involved in politics with the Conservatives as has been publicly documented in recent times.

"I'm in the last six months of my Pro-License Coaching Badges training,' Campbell said in the Shooting Magazine on Thursday.

"Once those are completed I'll be able to coach around the world at any level.

"I'm also helping out the Conservatives on various issues to do with sport and diversity."

Campbell is also being backed to run for the Mayor of London which is currently presided over by Boris Johnson.
