Arsenal face Aston Villa in the FA Cup final this Saturday and plans are in place for a victory parade on Sunday should the Gunners succeed in their defence of the cup, reports the London Evening Standard. As many as 200,000 Arsenal fans lined the streets of north London after last year's extra-time victory over Hull and Islington Council are prepared for more of the same.
The Gunners proposed victory parade is planned for Sunday May 31, the day after the final, as supporters get the chance to celebrate their team's trophy success, should they negotiate a route past Aston Villa in Saturday's showpiece.
Two open-top buses carrying the squad will embark on a short journey from Drayton Park, near Emirates Stadium.
