Arsenal star Olivier Giroud has been named the Barclays Premier League Player of the Month for March.
The French striker netted five goals in four league outings during the third month of 2015, tallying in all four matches as the Gunners saluted each time.
Giroud scored the opener in the 2-0 triumph over Everton on March 1 before striking first in the 2-1 win at QPR three days later.
The former Montpellier ace once again scored first when the Gunners beat West Ham United 3-0 at home on March 14 prior to his match-winning double in the narrow 2-1 result at Newcastle United in their most recent fixture.
"I am in good form and it's nice to win this trophy and it will be nice in my living room," Giroud told Sky Sports News HQ.
"After the Champions League (exit at Monaco) I was really pleased to score and bounce back and come back stronger.
"I don't like when I miss a game and I want to show my strength and character. I needed to score straight away after the (Monaco) game to keep confidence and to help the team to reach our target in the Premier League."
In a positive month for the north Londoners, Giroud's boss Arsene Wenger was named Premier League Manager of the Month.
