The Costa Rica striker has been linked with Napoli and Fiorentina after a superb World Cup.
But The Sun says he is furious with an Italian agent pretending to represent him and won't consider a move to Serie A. Campbell is expected to be loaned out against this season, though Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is keen to keep him in the Premier League to continue his development.
