Mesut Ozil believes Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger should be shown more respect.
The Frenchman continues to be the subject of much anger and frustration from the Gunners supporters who are fed up with the team's results.
Sections of Arsenal fans are calling for 'Wenger Out' but Ozil has urged them to be more supportive of the 67-year-old.
He said: "As players you can't decide who manages the club.
"I've always said he [Wenger] was the most important factor in me coming here.
"He's been here for 20 years, he's given a lot to the club and I think he deserves respect for what he's achieved."
