Feyenoord striker Jordy Clasie is being tracked by Arsenal and Tottenham.
The 21 year-old is considering his options ahead of the summer market and is well aware of the growing band of scouts coming to watch him play.
Spartak Moscow failed with a bid for Clasie last month, while Arsenal and Tottenham have asked Feyenoord to keep them informed of his situation.
