Arsenal are showing considerable interest in Feyenoord youngster Stefan de Vrij.
Gunners chief scout Steve Rowley was in The Hague to watch the Rotterdam club draw 2-2 with ADO Den Haag.
Rowley was keeping an eye on Arsenal loanee Ryo Miyaichi who played a full 90 minutes for Mario Been but the performance of 19-year old de Vrij caught his eye and it is believed that the North London club are pondering making a move for the £3.5million-rated Holland youth international.
