Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger plans to make one big name signing during the winter market. The Telegraph says Wenger has £50 million to spend during the next 12 months.

He is likely to try to make at least one major signing in January, with French-based midfielders Yoan Gourcuff (Lyon), Yann M'Vila (Rennes), Eden Hazard (Lille) and Marvin Martin (Sochaux) still being monitored, as well as Borussia Dortmund's Mario Gotze.
