The Daily Mail understands that Arsenal have opted against selling right-back Carl Jenkinson and will be sending the player on another season-long loan.
Gunners manager Arsene Wenger revealed earlier this month that he and the 23-year old defender would hold discussions about his future this summer.
Jenkinson spent the entirety of last season on loan at West Ham United and impressed with his performances for the east London club which sparked suggestions that the Hammers may look to sign him permanently.
The England international, who made 32 league appearances for the Hammers, is likely to return to Arsenal before being farmed out again by the north Londoners.
