Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas is in doubt for Wednesday night's World Cup semi-final with a calf problem.
The Spain midfielder left the training ground early on Tuesday, reportedly telling teammates he would struggle to get up for the clash with Germany.
Despite playing just 93 minutes in Spain's five matches so far, Fabregas is still classed as a key member of Vicente del Bosque's squad with the manager even considering throwing the 23-year old into the fray for the struggling Fernando Torres.
Apparently, Fabregas' pain is in the area where he fractured his leg against Barcelona in the Champions League last season.
