Manchester United will turn down any potential Arsenal bid for Chris Smalling.
The Manchester Evening News suggests that United boss Louis van Gaal is determined to keep the 25-year old centre-back at Old Trafford for the foreseeable future and will not sell him to any Premier League rivals.
