Arsenal are eyeing Real Madrid starlet Daniel Parejo.

Parejo is regarded by Real legend Alfredo di Stefano as the best young player currently at the club and he is currently playing in the Spanish Third Division with the Castilla.

Unlike many of his peers, Parejo, 16, already boasts a pro contract - which carries a £10 million buyout clause. But that isn't putting off Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, says AS.
