The Daily Star says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is weighing up a bid for Van Wolfswinkel in January.
The youngster is recovering from a broken collarbone, but that won't put off Wenger.
The Holland international is tipped to be the next big thing in his homeland and has also been watched by Liverpool and Chelsea.
