Arsenal will offer new terms to young gun Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at the end of the season according to reports.
The Telegraph suggests that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is prepared to double the 18-year olds £25,000-a-week wages but only if he can offload some fringe players in the summer.
The likes of Nicklas Bendtner, Andrey Arshavin and Marouane Chamakh could all depart the Emirates at season's end and if that is the case, Wenger will have some wage money freed to reward Oxlade-Chamberlain who has developed brilliantly in his debut campaign with the North London club.
