Arsenal face a serious fight to sign Real Valladolid right-back Ivan Fresneda in the summer.

The full back is wanted by several top clubs, including Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, and Newcastle United.

Per the Evening Standard, Arsenal have been scouting Fresneda nearly all season.

The Gunners are impressed with what they have seen so far.

Fresneda will sit down with his representatives to assess his options when the season concludes.

There is a release clause of £26.5million in his contract if Arsenal want to get a deal done quickly in the summer.
