Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger needs Champions League qualification to land his top targets this summer.

The London Evening Standard says Wenger is weighing up a move for Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic, with the Italian club thought to be demanding around £30m. Securing Champions League football could be pivotal in convincing Jovetic to move to north London but more certain, however, are a number of departures from Arsenal at the end of the season.

Andrey Arshavin, Sebastien Squillaci and Marouane Chamakh are all set to depart.
