Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has rejected criticism from Olympique Marseille teammate Dimitri Payet
OM lost 2-0 at home to Clermont, with Payet accusing OM of arrogance.
Asked about Payet's comments, Guendouzi said: "Payet says that we have to deflate the heads? Everyone is free to think what they want.
"Me, I think that tonight we did a non-performance. We just didn't have a good match. We'll just have to rework and move on. There are setbacks, but like everyone else.
"Everyone misses games in the season, there are teams that also missed today. It's part of football, of Ligue 1. There was a good team up front. Don't worry."
