Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was quick to praise Rob Holding after his side's 2-1 win over West Ham United.
The Gunners took a giant step towards a top four finish thanks to a battling win against their fellow London club.
Holding came in for Ben White, who had a hamstring problem, and scored the first Premier League goal of his career for the Gunners.
Jarrod Bowen did equalise, but Gabriel got the winner for Arsenal.
After the game, Arteta told Sky Sports: "We showed incredible spirit because when we could play the way we wanted to play we had to find a way to play the way they prefer.
"We adapted. You have to find a way to win all the time to win - forcing mistakes, being brilliant, digging in, clean sheets.
"I am really happy, especially for Rob Holding as he hasn't played the amount of minutes he deserves. He was man of the match today. He is always there when we need him."
