Arsenal and Manchester City are circling for Inter Milan firebrand Mario Balotelli.
The Daily Mail says the 19-year-old has clashed with manager Jose Mourinho this season, limiting his opportunities, and on Tuesday he threw his shirt on the ground after being jeered by his own fans during the 3-1 Champions League defeat of Barcelona at the San Siro.
That has proved the final straw for the Italians who have reluctantly decided to let Balotelli go.
This will alert Premier League clubs, Arsenal having been linked with Balotelli during the January transfer window but manager Arsene Wenger dismissed rumours.
However, Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has publicly said he would like to bring the Italy Under-21 striker to Eastlands.
