Premier League giants are monitoring Atletico Madrid defender Toby Alderweireld's situation.
The Daily Express says Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are all on alert after Belgian defender Alderweireld was offered to Napoli by agent Soren Lerby.
Alderweireld has played in just 10 of Atletico's 30 matches since making the move and recently expressed his dissatisfaction at the situation.
He said: "I miss Ajax, their style of play, my ex-teammates...At Atleti, I can't be happy if I'm not playing.
"The team is doing well and I continue to fight for my place, but I don't think it's my fault."
