Arsenal legend Wright: Why would Guardiola go to chaotic Chelsea?!!

Arsenal legend Ian Wright can't see Pep Guardiola joining the chaos at Chelsea following the dismissal of Roberto di Matteo.

Blues owner Roman Abramovich has made the former Barcelona coach his No1 managerial target.

But Wright told Absolute Radio: "Why would Pep take a job like that, he's come from a club like Barcelona with great players, stability, well run everything to go to a club like Chelsea which at the end of the day, for want of a better word, is chaotic in respect of how they treat the managers.

"Yes they've won 11 trophies since whatever it is 2004 or whatever it is, but it's chaotic, why would Pep Guardiola want to put himself into a situation like that. And then why would Rafa Benitez want to take a job where he's interim manager, we're talking about a man who's won the Champions League, why should he go there as a little stop gap, it's demeaning. I'd like to think that Rafa wouldn't take that job and wouldn't show like he's desperate to take that job because even if he went there, took that job and did well, he's got the cloud, for want of a better word, of Guardiola saying 'You know what yes I fancy the Chelsea job,' why should he take it, why would anyone take it apart from maybe the pay off."
