Arsenal are struggling to find an agreement with Bacary Sagna.
The Telegraph says Arsenal have failed to match Sagna's demands of a three-year contract worth £100,000 a week.
One possible compromise could be to offer the Frenchman a big signing-on fee along with an £80,000-a-week deal.
But time is running out and it is believed Sagna, who will be a free agent in the summer, has already held talks with Inter Milan and Galatasaray.
