Arsenal legend Ray Parlour is pleading with manager Arsene Wenger to bring in a new striker this week.
Parlour feels Chelsea centre-forward Demba Ba would be the ideal signing.
He told talkSPORT: "You need a big squad and I'm sure Arsene Wenger is looking at the situation and thinking, 'who can we bring in to help?'
"Demba Ba would be perfect for Arsenal. They need someone like that, but would Chelsea let him leave for Arsenal?
"I don't know at the moment. They have sold Juan Mata to Man United but maybe they are viewing Arsenal as a little bit more of a threat at the moment."
