Arsenal hero Lee Dixon has defended underfire Liverpool midfielder Raheem Sterling.
The Liverpool youngster asked Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson to be left out of the side in last night's win over Estonia after complaining of being tired.
Dixon tweeted:
Just because someone gets paid to do a job doesn't mean they can't get tired!
