Arsenal great Sol Campbell has quickly put his backroom together at Southend United.
Campbell has been appointed the new Southend United manager, signing a deal until the end of the 2021-22 season.
He is followed to Roots Hall by Andy Cole who takes the role of forward and attack coach while Hermann Hreidarsson is the assistant coach.
The former Arsenal and Spurs defender, 45, replaces Kevin Bond in the dugout after he left the club last month with caretaker boss Gary Waddock taking charge of recent games.
It is the second managerial job for Campbell, who performed nothing short of a miracle to keep Macclesfield Town in the Football League last season.
