Arsenal have fielded an offer from Besiktas for Mohamed Elneny.
NTV Sport reports Elneny has been offered a potential route out of north London despite the English transfer window closing on Tuesday.
Besiktas have submitted an official bid for Elneny with the Turkish transfer market still open up until September 8.
While details of the offer are currently unclear, they are said to have already 'started attempts' to prise him away from Arsenal before their deadline passes next Wednesday.
Elneny spent the 2019/20 campaign on loan with Besiktas after being deemed surplus to requirements by Arteta, before returning to the Emirates and racking up 41 appearances for Arsenal last season.
The offer to bring him back to Turkey is expected to be an initial loan deal which includes an option to buy him outright next summer.
