Arsenal and Manchester United are the two teams with the strongest interest in Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante.
The Frenchman, who is missing the club's pre-season tour of the United States as he is unvaccinated, may be on the market this summer.
While Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel does rate Kante highly, his injury proneness is leading the club to consider cashing in.
According to the Daily Star, Arsenal are considering a move for Kante, as they want a defensive midfielder for their squad.
United were also linked to Kante earlier in the summer, but no move has materialised as yet.
They may view him as an alternative to main target Frenkie de Jong.
