Arsenal are lining up a bid for CSKA Moscow powerhouse Seydou Doumbia. The Daily Mail says Arsenal are to hold talks over a possible deal for CSKA Moscow ace Doumbia.
CSKA value him at £26m but it is understood that could be negotiated to bring him within Arsenal's budget.
