Teenage defender Daniel Boateng has agreed a contract extension with Arsenal. The 19-year-old defender made his first-team debut in October when he featured as a substitute against Bolton in the Carling Cup.
Boateng joined the Gunners' Academy eight years ago and signed professional terms in the summer of 2010.
Arsenal said in a statement: "Everyone at Arsenal football club looks forward to Daniel's continued progress in the coming years."
