Exeter City's teenage sensation Ethan Ampadu is a target for England's biggest clubs.
The Daily Star Sunday says Arsenal are set to beat Manchester United in the race for Ampadu.
The academy player, 14, was called up to the Wales Under-16s squad in September and came on in their 1-0 Victory Shield win over England last week.
